High Frequency Infusions memberships provide access to educational materials, digital content, and curated member experiences including monthly handcrafted packages delivered physically to members in Medellin, Colombia between the 5th and 10th of each month via Uber Envio.
Delivery is available within Medellin and surrounding areas. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
All brand assets and content are the intellectual property of High Frequency Infusions. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
High Frequency memberships provide access to educational materials, digital content, and curated member experiences. No medical claims are made regarding any product.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current billing period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Because our packages are handcrafted in small batches to order, we are unable to offer refunds once a package has been dispatched.
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
You may cancel anytime by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations before the 1st of the month will not be charged for that month. Cancellations after the 1st take effect the following billing period.
