HFI products are handcrafted using our proprietary botanical infusion method. Ingredients vary by product — our teas use whole dried botanicals, our chocolates use premium couverture, and our culinary line uses food-grade coconut oil and ghee as the carrier. Every product includes a guide so you know exactly what you're consuming.

Every product comes with a serving guide. If you're new to our products, we always recommend starting with a smaller serving and waiting at least 90 minutes before considering more. Our botanical products absorb gradually and the onset is slower than other consumption methods. Our members portal also has a full guide available at all times.

Our RTD teas have a 21-day shelf life and should be refrigerated after opening. Chocolates, honey, and culinary oils have longer shelf lives — typically 3–6 months when stored properly in a cool, dark place. Specific shelf life information is included on every product label.

Currently, physical product delivery is available within Medellín and surrounding areas. Digital membership content and education are available globally. If you're outside Medellín and interested in our products, reach out — we're always exploring new options.

All orders are placed through our IndiVend store at highfrequencyinfusions.indivend.com. Simply add items to your cart, log into your account (if you're a member, your discount applies automatically), and checkout securely.

We deliver within Medellín within Medellín. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Monthly membership boxes are delivered between the 5th and 10th of each month.

All payments are processed securely through IndiVend. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash for online orders.

Because our products are handcrafted to order in small batches, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there was an error with your order, we will make it right. HFI membership gives you access to exclusive events, member-only pricing, the education library, and (at higher tiers) the monthly Chef Series Box. You sign up through IndiVend, and your discount applies automatically every time you shop while logged in. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Your discount is automatically applied when you shop logged into your IndiVend account. Explorer members receive 10% off, Practitioner members 15%, and Alchemist members 20%. No coupon codes needed — it's all handled through your account tier.

The Chef Series Box is a monthly curated drop featuring our current Chef Series culinary infusion product plus a staple HFI SKU. Practitioner members can add it on at member pricing. Alchemist members receive it included every month, along with an exclusive add-on item not available for purchase.

Yes. You can manage your membership tier directly through your IndiVend account. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Visit our members portal and enter your access code. Your access code is provided when you complete your membership signup through IndiVend. If you've misplaced it, email us at highfrequencyedibles@gmail.com">highfrequencyedibles@gmail.com.

You can cancel anytime through your IndiVend account. Cancellations made before the 1st of the month will not be charged for that month. Cancellations made after the 1st take effect the following billing period. No penalties, no questions.

All event tickets and RSVPs are handled through IndiVend. Visit our events page to see what's coming up and click the link to reserve your spot. Free member events require an RSVP so we can manage capacity — spots are limited.

Free events (High Frequency Sundays and After Dark) require a Seeker membership or higher to RSVP — but Seeker is free, so joining takes about two minutes. Ticketed events like Pour Into You and Infusion Classes are open to everyone, with Explorer+ members receiving discounted pricing automatically.
